Biography

Mabel Joan HENDERSON was born in Carlton Victoria, in 1890, to John HENDERSON and Catherine FRASER ^[1]. She was the eldest of their 3 daughters.

She married James Clifton STUCHBERY in 1915 ^[2] . They had at least 1 child, Willis James, b 1917, in Fitzroy North Victoria. James pre-deceased Mabel by 24 years. She was his executor:

JAMES CLIFTON STUCHBERY. formerly of Westgarth Street, Northcote. Dairyman, but late of 36 Elphln Street. Ivanhoe. Retired Dairyman, deceased.— After fourteen clear days MABEL JANE STUCHBERY of 36 Elphln Street.
